A vintage wooden chess set in a nice quality box and with white and brown pieces showing the grain of the wood, the set is missing two pieces, the brown King and a brown pawn. The box in notable with a knotted grain lid with the grain visible on both sides, inside and out. 

The Kings stand 8cm (3.15") high and the case measures 24 x 12 x 5.5cm (9.5" x 4.75" x 2.17"), The set weighs 704 grams.
